Acceptable use policy

Scope
These rules apply to prompts, attachments, generated videos and use of the service. Use the service only for lawful purposes and follow the Terms of Service.
Sexual and NSFW content
Do not request or upload pornography, explicit sexual acts, sexual services or non-consensual intimate imagery, including synthetic content.
Children and safety
Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualization of anyone under 18, grooming, exploitation and content that endangers children are prohibited, including fictional or AI-generated depictions. Do not upload suspected CSAM when reporting; provide identifiers or links only.
Violence and hate
Do not create graphic gore, torture, threats, incitement to violence, terrorist recruitment or praise, or content encouraging self-harm. Hate, dehumanization, persecution and targeted abuse based on protected characteristics are prohibited.
Deepfakes, impersonation and deception
Do not create deceptive deepfakes or impersonate a real person without authorization. Non-consensual use of a person’s face or voice, fraudulent endorsements, fake evidence, scams and misleading claims are prohibited. Do not present an AI output as authentic evidence of an event.
Copyright, trademarks and privacy
Do not infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity rights or privacy. Obtain permission for third-party materials, brands, music and likenesses. Do not disclose personal information without a lawful basis. A gallery reference does not grant permission to reuse its assets.
Service abuse
Do not bypass account restrictions or safeguards, attack the service, submit malicious files, steal credentials or facilitate illegal goods or activities.
Review and enforcement
Reports and disputes are handled through manual review. We do not currently provide comprehensive automated moderation or human approval of every finished video; model-provider refusals are not a guarantee of safety. We may request clarification, decline processing, restrict reported content or suspend or terminate access according to the severity and repetition of a breach. Where required by law we may preserve evidence and cooperate with authorities. Billing and refunds remain subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Reporting and appeals
Email support@onedollarvideo.com with the relevant page, order or video ID, the issue and your rights if reporting infringement. Do not send illegal attachments or sensitive credentials. The same address accepts appeals and supporting information; we review context before confirming or changing a decision.
