Using the service
OneDollarVideo is operated by Shanye, an individual based in China. OneDollarVideo provides AI-assisted product videos, app demos, explainers and animated text. You must be at least 18 and authorized to use your account and supplied materials. By using the service you agree to these terms, the Privacy Policy and Acceptable Use Policy. Keep login credentials private and contact support@onedollarvideo.com about unauthorized access.
Availability and purchase scope
Purchases are available only when checkout is enabled. Each browser can make one free 15-second video without signing in or using credits. Additional 15-second videos cost US$1 each as repeatable one-time purchases; they are not subscriptions. Basic costs US$19 per month for 2,000 credits; Pro costs US$69 for 8,000 credits. Annual billing costs US$182.40 for Basic or US$579.60 for Pro, with credits made available monthly. Monthly credits expire at the end of each monthly period; credit-pack balances do not expire. Subscription cancellation stops renewal at the end of the paid period. No recurring payment is authorized by a one-time video purchase.
AI models and how videos are produced
The current integration calls Penguin API using the channel identifier claude-opus-5-5 to generate animation code, which our renderer turns into an MP4. The channel identifies this as Claude Opus; Claude is developed by Anthropic. This is a third-party API connection, not a direct Anthropic integration, and we have not independently verified the channel’s underlying model/version mapping. We do not currently use Google Veo, OpenAI Sora, Runway or Kling. OneDollarVideo is not affiliated with or endorsed by these providers.
Payments and failed generations
Waffo Pancake processes checkout as merchant of record. The checkout displays the payable total and any applicable taxes before payment. A video reserves 100 / 180 / 210 / 300 credits for 15 / 30 / 45 / 60 seconds respectively; completion consumes them and a failed task releases them. Basic permits up to 30 seconds; Pro permits up to 60 seconds. A returned credit balance is not a cash refund. Do not pay again to resolve a pending or failed order; contact support with the order ID.
Refunds and complaints
Request a refund at support@onedollarvideo.com or through video feedback with your order ID, account or checkout email and a description of the problem. Unused one-time video purchases, duplicate charges, and a service failure that prevents delivery are eligible for review for a refund. Free attempts do not create a payment or cash-refund record; a failed free attempt restores the free entitlement for a manual retry. For a completed video, identify material defects or failure to follow the agreed brief; a change of preference alone does not automatically qualify. Each request is reviewed, and approved cash refunds are processed through Waffo to the original payment method where supported. Credit compensation requires review and does not replace a cash refund without your agreement. The Refund Policy explains the process. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your materials and rights
You retain your rights in submitted materials and grant us permission to process them to deliver and support the service. You must have rights to images, documents, music, trademarks and likenesses you supply, and must verify factual product claims. AI outputs may not be unique or eligible for copyright. We do not grant rights to third-party content. Gallery examples belong to their credited creators and are references, not promises of identical results.
Acceptable use and breach
The Acceptable Use Policy prohibits sexual content, graphic violence, hate, child exploitation, deceptive impersonation, infringement and other harmful or illegal uses. We may refuse a request, restrict access to disputed material, suspend generation or terminate an account for a serious or repeated breach, fraud or legal requirements. We assess reported violations manually; automated pre-screening of every request and finished video is not currently implemented. You may explain or appeal a decision by email. We may preserve evidence or report unlawful activity when required by law. Breach does not automatically forfeit statutory refund rights. You remain responsible for your unlawful conduct and misuse of others’ rights.
Risks and limits of responsibility
AI can produce inaccurate text, unsuitable imagery and technical errors. Review every result before publication; do not rely on it for medical, legal or financial advice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, a particular creative outcome, commercial results or freedom from third-party claims. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude implied warranties and indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud or intentional misconduct.
Storage, termination and changes
Uploads and completed cloud videos are offered for 30 days from upload or completion respectively; download anything you need to keep. Contact support to close an account or request data deletion. If we discontinue access without your breach, contact us to arrange a refund for an unused paid one-time video purchase. Changes are dated on these pages and do not retrospectively remove rights for an existing purchase. Applicable mandatory consumer law takes precedence over conflicting terms.
