Privacy policy

Accounts and materials
Guest purchases and videos use an essential browser cookie; no registration is required. Clearing that cookie or changing devices removes guest access. Guest records do not transfer when you sign in. Optional accounts use your email and name for sign-in. Existing submissions may contain briefs, uploaded materials and processing records. Public gallery examples are separate from private account materials.
Browser storage
Drafts, selected attachments and current test generation records are stored in this browser and separated by account. Clearing browser data can remove them. Changing devices does not transfer these local records.
Processing and payment
Opening free-video or paid-video details does not send a generation request or take payment. When you explicitly start a video, its brief and selected materials are sent to the configured generation service; completed videos are stored privately in the cloud. A free attempt uses no credits and has no payment record; a failed free task restores the free entitlement for a manual retry. Administrator tests are separate: generation can send the selected brief and materials to the configured provider; Waffo sandbox checkout uses test payments. Private uploaded files require authorized access.
Cookies
Essential cookies support authentication, security and language preference. Only after you explicitly opt in, first-party analytics record page paths, referring domains, approved campaign parameters, device category and network-inferred country or region. No third-party advertising trackers are used. A random first-party identifier supports a 30-day attribution window; after sign-up, consented visits can be associated with your account to measure conversion. Anonymous visit details are retained for 90 days. Full URLs containing passwords, tokens or email addresses are not collected. You can reject or withdraw analytics using Cookie preferences in the footer; this stops collection without affecting sign-in, payments or video creation. Earlier cookie choices do not automatically authorize this analytics feature. Necessary registration, payment and video records remain available for operating the service.
File retention
Private uploads are retained for 30 days from upload. Cloud videos are available for 30 days after completion. Download files before expiry. Payment records and feedback may remain separately for transaction support.
Data requests
Use the personal data request form to request access, correction or deletion. Identify the relevant account or record without sending a password, card number or secret key.
Providers and contact
Cloudflare provides hosting and storage, Google supports optional sign-in, and Waffo handles payments. The generation channel is Penguin API (configured identifier claude-opus-5-5, described by that channel as Anthropic Claude Opus; the underlying mapping is not independently verified). Submitted briefs, selected image derivatives and extracted document text may be sent to that channel to generate animation code. Provider processing may occur outside your country. Do not submit secrets or unnecessary sensitive information. We cannot promise a third-party retention or model-training policy that has not been verified.
