Video materials checklist
Good inputs make review easier. Before submitting a brief, check the files, the facts and the rights together so missing information is visible before production begins.
Images and documents
Use up to 15 JPG, PNG or WebP images, with each image no larger than 10 MB. Choose files that show the subject clearly at the requested ratio. Add up to three PDF, DOCX, TXT or Markdown documents, with each document no larger than 20 MB. Documents supply text and facts; they do not grant permission to use a logo or photograph.
Remove passwords, macros, scripts, embedded external links and personal data before upload. Scanned or damaged documents may not produce readable text. Check the extracted text and correct the source when a number, unit or product name is unclear.
Audio and wording
If you supply audio, use one readable MP3, WAV or M4A file within the current upload limit and confirm that you may use it. If you choose generated music or silence, keep that choice explicit in the brief. Do not assume a reference video’s soundtrack can be reused.
Mark the text that must appear exactly, including punctuation, units, prices and legal wording. Claims about health, safety, certifications, availability or results need supporting material or should remain out of the video.
Rights and final review
Confirm that you own or have permission to use every image, logo, font, recording, quotation and data file. Keep a record of the source and permission outside the video brief. A public case shown on OneDollarVideo remains the original creator’s work unless a separate license says otherwise.
Open the generated or manually prepared result, watch it from start to finish and compare it with the supplied files. Check crop, captions, audio duration and the final action.
